Purpose and information
This website presents the activities and products of Unconventional Energy. The content is provided for information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Technical data are indicative and may change without notice; binding specifications are given in written quotations and contracts.
Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, logos, images and the website structure are protected. Pragma and Pragma Industries (names and logos) are trademarks owned by Forking Future Oy. Unconventional Energy and the associated logos are distinctive signs of the Forking Future group, used in France by Unconventional Energy SAS. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited, except for press and reference use that credits the source.
Links
The website links to third-party sites (for example LinkedIn and forkingfuture.com). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
We aim to keep the information accurate and the website available, but we give no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Unconventional Energy SAS is not liable for damage resulting from use of this website.

- What we collect
- Through the contact form: name, company, email address and your message. In server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type.
- Why
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a possible business relationship (pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in business correspondence, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; you also tick a consent box on the form). Server logs: security and operation of the website (legitimate interest).
- Retention
- Enquiries: up to 3 years after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Server logs: up to 12 months.
- Recipients
- Staff of Unconventional Energy SAS and of the Forking Future group companies who handle the enquiry. Our service providers act as processors: OVH (hosting, France) and Microsoft 365 (email, EU data region). The enquiry is stored in our own business system hosted in France.
- Transfers
- We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA, except where the hosting contract is with OVH Hosting Inc. (Canada), a country recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to info@unco.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your national authority.
- Cookies
- This website does not use cookies, trackers or analytics. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you browse.
